Program professor, Dr. Ydahlia Metzgen, is an economist, finance specialist, educator, and entrepreneur. She has lived in over 100 countries and was involved in many missions to help developing countries recover from economic crises. Her expertise also spans institutional management with a proven track record of advancing economic policy initiatives and research agendas. The SECD program is multidisciplinary and open to students from various majors and minors. The program is credit-eligible for 3 academic credits.
