Program Description

The Natural Resource Tourism summer program will help you build a foundation with the history, theory, industry standards, case studies, and human behavior for a tourism target audience and develop a proposal to be reviewed by one of Belize’s most influential conservation organizations.

Join us and explore the nature-based tourism inventory of services, and hike in the second largest tropical forest north of the Amazon. Navigate the largest cave in Central America and watch a flock of Scarlet Macaws grow each while breathing in the freshness of nature.

This program 13 nights / 14 days program is packed with nature and adventure while contributing to a capstone project that has the potential to support the long-term sustainability of the Chiquibul Forest and its ecological and historical ecosystems.

Ready to explore eco-tourism beyond your borders? If yes, your journey starts here.
